All blinds are made to measure. Manufacturing typically takes 3–5 working days before dispatch, and delivery usually takes a further 2–3 working days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Yes, all our blinds are custom made to your exact measurements for a perfect window fit.
As all products are made to measure, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once in production. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 working days of delivery, and we will provide a like-for-like replacement where a fault is confirmed. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
